Online database
Available soon
The CAFCLIN case portal is coming soon. Once live, it will provide direct, searchable access to cases showing how courts in destination countries address criminal proceedings in child-abduction matters – giving judges, lawyers and advisers reliable information to inform decision-making and support child-centred outcomes.
New cases will continue to be added as the database grows, and feedback from practitioners and network members will be used to refine and improve the resource over time. If you have a case you would like to bring to our attention in the meantime, please contact us directly via our contact page.
