It brings together criminal law materials, including unreported and difficult-to-access lower-court cases, to support clearer understanding of how criminal proceedings arise in family disputes and how they affect related family law processes.
New cases will continue to be added as they arise. We would welcome information about relevant cases in different jurisdictions so that the database can be kept updated.
